| Project Description | A 6-level development with various fitness facilities, including weight rooms, cardio spaces, sport halls, and running tracks. The basement level will contain a swimming pool, squash courts, and a carpark, which is accessed via Princes Street. It is proposed that the roof (Level 6) will provide the multifunction of fitness and student breakout space. |
