Project Description At approx. 90,000sqm (including carparking), NZICC will be the largest conference, exhibition & entertainment centre in New Zealand. Spanning over 4 levels the centre has dedicated spaces for exhibitions, meetings & an entertainment theatre. After a devastating fire on the site in 2019, the rebuild is due to start in 2021.
Scope To design and build a fire protection system including the following:

1. Automatic Fire Alarm System
2. Sprinkler System
3. Gas Floods Systems
4. EWIS
5. Aspirating Smoke Detection Systems
6. Hydrant Riser System
7. Fire Extinguishers
